These terms and conditions govern your use of Hitchin and District Scouts Website.

Licensors include (but are not limited to) members of Hitchin and District Scouts in respect of their own contributions to the website.

You may view, download and print from the website for bona fide Scouting use, subject to the restrictions below.

(a) republish material from this website (including republication on another website) without prior permission of Hitchin and District Scouts or the respective licensors;

(d) redistribute material from this website except for content specifically and expressly made available for redistribution. Where content is specifically made available for redistribution, it may only be redistributed within Scouting.
(4) Material posted on the website by members
We do not pre-screen or moderate all of the material contributed by members to this website. We do from time to time monitor that published material is suitable, however we cannot monitor every published article. If you find any material that you think would cause offence, is inappropriate or you feel infringes this Agreement, then please inform us by email to the contact below.
You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the website.
You must not use our website in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
You must not use our website to copy, publish or send material which is illegal or unlawful, or material which could give rise to legal action under English and other applicable law. We may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the posting of unsuitable material.

Hitchin and District Scouts are affiliated to The UK Scout Association.

The views expressed in this website are those of contributors and unless specifically stated are not those of Hitchin and District Scouts nor The UK Scout Association.
Hitchin and District Scouts are not responsible for the availability, content or policies of any third party sites that are accessible through this website. Any links to third party websites from ths website do not amount to any endorsement of that site and any use of that site by you is at your own risk.
